I don't think the quote above can't be easily understood by everyone. Listen to me, everything we do in life requires our determination and your request.
When you think that you cannot achieve something, then how do you think you would be able to achieve that?
But when you have determined right within your that you can do it, that you can be able to achieve something; nothing I believe would be able to encumber you if that's really your destiny.
Your success starts from the thoughts you harbour in your mind about what you want to do. Be optimistic at all times; never you at a point in life start thinking negatively about your destiny.
Thinking you cannot, then you cannot; but if you really think you can and believe that you can, then you will culminate with success.
